Basic Rent for Non-Balcony Apartments with Same Features $910

Apartments G01 and G02 (Slightly smaller kitchen) $890

Parking Fee per Month $40

Utilities Excluding Internet Service (Power, Water) By Tenant (Usually $50-70/month)
