The following items should be taken care of before leaving your apartment at the end of the lease period.

1. Completely clean your apartment.  See Cleaning Checklist.
2. Shut off your utilities.  See Utility Contacts.
3. Turn in your keys and parking sticker(s).
4. Lock your apartment door.
5. Verify that we have your forwarding address for the return of your security deposit.
